Residential Estimator Job at Rainey Homes
Perform quantitative take offs on new semi-custom homes. Individual must be detail-oriented, highly organized and have experience in all types of residential construction. The ideal candidate has construction estimating experience. Specific responsibilities:
- Produce accurate take-offs using architectural plans
- Maintain and update pricing database
- Work with trade partners when required to negotiate costs and variances
- Assist in creating new trade partner relationships
- Be familiar with construction management and estimating software i.e. Builder Trend, Builder MT, Plan Swift,
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
