Reset Specialist - New Orleans Job at Crescent Crown Distributing Llc
To drive, develop and execute category management processes at store level to better improve Crescent Crown’s position in the market place. To build relationships externally with our customers and internally with our sales department, to meet our vision to be the best distributor in our market.
Requirements (include):
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Undergraduate college degree preferred;
- Two (2) years of experience in the beer/beverage industry is preferred;
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record;
- Reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Strong communication skills including public speaking;
- Must have a strong team spirit and work ethic;
- Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds;
- Must have tolerance for temperature changes, due to cooler work;
- Must be able to perform to standards, with limited supervision.
If applicable, candidates for this position may be subject to the successful completion of pre-employment criminal background, motor vehicle record, D.O.T. safety performance and drug/alcohol history, employment/education verification, reference checks and post-offer physical examination and drug/alcohol screening in accordance with the Company’s hiring process and substance abuse policies.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment;
- Regular exposure to extreme temperatures, dusty conditions, fumes, machinery with moving parts and outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions.
