Position Summary

The Sales Agent position is responsible for selling Cabo vacation packages to clients through incoming sales leads.

Primary Responsibilities

· Qualifies potential clients and closes the sale.

· Customizes each vacation package based on the needs of the client.

· Meets individual sales metrics performance goals.

· Builds client relationships and develops repeat clientele by providing excellent customer service.

· Maintains current knowledge of full products and services that Cabo Villas offers.

· Actively participates in department meetings.

· Participates in coaching sessions and additional training sessions provided by Cabo Villas.

· Attends presentations by vendor partners to further product/service knowledge.

· Adheres to strict scheduling requirements to ensure coverage for the sales team.

· Meets all deadlines

· Travels to Los Cabos, Mexico for familiarization trips.

· Performs general office duties and completes additional projects as requested.

· Follows established company/department procedures.

· Learns and utilizes multiple computer programs including a reservation system (V12), lead management system (Navis), live chat system (Live Chat), instant message system (rocket chat), email system (Outlook), website, company network drives and basic office and computer navigation skills.

· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

· A High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Previous sales experience or demonstrated comfort operating in a sales environment with performance metrics.

· Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

· Must have a valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.

· Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, energetic, and professional behavior.

· Ability to assimilate and process a large amount of information.

· Clear and concise verbal and written skills are required.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

· Must be a self-starter.

· Knowledge of Los Cabo, Mexico is a plus.

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
