Reporting Analyst Job at Americor
The Reporting Analysts will gather and analyze data to guide our organization’s decision-making and improve performance. You will identify requirements, design, and implement reporting systems. Also, communicate between upper management and the IT department to determine corporate needs.
Responsibilities:
- Document business requirements and report progress updates
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide reports on an ad-hoc basis or regular cadence
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify potential issues, develop business intelligence, etc.
- Assist with maintaining the delivery of existing periodic reports
- Provide support and research assistance with underlying data
- Data mine large populations of data to help identify relevant information and create data pipelines from the database to the reporting platform
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related experience, preferably working with data analyzing, databases, ERP Systems, reporting systems, etc.
- Proficiency with Excel is an essential requirement
- Proficient in the manipulation and use of large and complex databases
- Proficient in SQL
- Tableau certification is a big plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to translate analysis into meaningful insights
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information systems or a related field required
- MBA is a plus
