Job Title: Repairs Administrator

We are currently looking for an MRO Administrator to join our Miami team, reporting immediately to the Director of Repairs.

Job Overview:

As a Repairs Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team with the administration of aircraft component repairs, managing suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels, and supporting internal and external customer requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of service by ensuring timely and accurate communication with suppliers and customers, and ensuring that all repair orders are handled efficiently.

Please note this position would suit entry level applicant or someone with some previous Repair Order admin experience.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage email inbox, logging quotes onto the company system
  • Progress Repair Orders and update the company inventory system with the status of repairs accordingly
  • Liaise with Prime Air Sales Team regarding component status and customer order requirements
  • Source and obtain pricing from MRO workshops for items requiring repair
  • Ensure repair orders are raised as required
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding MRO activity

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment would benefit
  • Experience with aircraft components is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in producing reports
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook would be advantageous

  • 8 hours daily, Monday – Friday
