Exact is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ and Vancouver, B.C. This position will be located in Scottsdale or remote with travel for the right candidate


Responsibilities:

Coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies, managing dependencies across teams in the ART, and providing visibility into the health of Deliverable/Epic/Story delivery and the overall program increment. This role ensures impediments to Deliverable/Epic/Story delivery are resolved quickly, protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery, and drives continuous improvement for the ART. Will be facilitating synch points between business and technology leaders. In addition, promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, enabling the ART to become high-performing as one cohesive team.


  • Guide and coach the teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles
  • Help define norms/agreements for the ART and enforce the agreements
  • In collaboration with the Product Manager/Owner, ensure the program has a healthy product/program backlog. Facilitate dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the ART
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments
  • Responsible for providing status updates and reporting pertaining to ART plans/delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART
  • Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities
  • Capture data to help determine/track health and deliverables

Required Skills:


  • Experience leading technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and CI/CD tools
  • Has knowledge of software development and Quality Assurance Testing practices
  • Has strong Project Management Skills
  • Knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices
  • Awareness/ ability to learn the architecture and design of the applications
  • Ability to Identify risk/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve
  • Facilitates collaboration within and across teams; across trains and across lines of business
  • Experience leading transformation programs, involving business process and change
  • Experience delivering IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and basic knowledge of Confluence
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
