Eklego is seeking compassionate, experienced and clinically astute Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join a team of nursing professionals at our Long Term Care client in Rochester, NY. Currently we have the following direct hire opportunities for RN Nurse Supervisor:

• Part Time Evenings, Must work Friday Evenings!
• Campus Float
• 16-24 hours per week

What will I do?

RN Supervisors maintain quality clinical care for residents/clients through direct supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include assuring documentation is complete and accurate and communicating modifications to policy and procedures and oversee compliance. Manage changes in Physicians orders and manage the daily operations of the clinical staff.

Requires:

• A valid/current RN License in New York State
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a long term care or acute care setting
• Proven assessment skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
