- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience with Home Healthcare visits
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must have experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV infusion therapy injection and self-infusion training Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients
- Must have CVAD experience and knowledge
- Must have reliable car/auto insurance
- Physical and TB required within a year
- Clean background and Criminal record
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adherence to HIPAA and maintenance of client confidentiality
