RN POSITION
Summary: The basic function of the registered nurse is to provide and facilitate all patient care activities and to ensure they are administered in accordance with licensure standards, policy and procedure guidelines and organizational policy.
Job Description:
- The RN shall be responsible for the day-to-day patient flow in the clinical area.
- Responsible for supervision of all clinical staff to include: Medical Assistants.
- Provides direct patient care and works as a team member to promote the highest standards of evidence based practices.
- Triage patients as necessary via telephone or in person.
- Assist and communicate with physicians and other health practitioners as needed.
- Responsible for the scheduling of nursing staff.
- Provide leadership and clinical guidance to all direct patient care staff.
- Must ensure that exam rooms are appropriately stocked and is responsible for inventory management.
- Order Vaccines
- Direct Management and maintenance of free vaccine program to include inventory control.
- Prepares for NJ state inspections
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
