REGISTERED NURSE - RN - STNA TRAINER QA NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the coordination and training of individuals wishing to become nurse assistants.
- HYBRID ROLE- Teach STNA classes as well as alternate as a floor nurse.
- Conducts internal audits and makes recommendations for corrective action designed to improve resident care.
REGISTERED NURSE - RN -STNA TRAINER QA NURSE QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have two years’ experience in a long-term care facility.
- Must be willing to obtain the Completion in an Ohio approved “Train the Trainer” course
- Will train the right candidate.
- Ability to train adults.
- Schedule flexibility is required, will work occasional weekends.
RN preferred but will consider LPN with prior experience. Must have a diploma from a school of nursing or a two – four year degree in nursing and hold a current license in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse.
