Regional Sales Manager - West
- Develop and execute go-to-market and product strategies for the respective channels including branding strategies, media planning, merchandising, events, and promotional plans.
- Work with distribution channel in the defined geographic territory to train, support and assist in the sales of standard products
- Meet predetermined sales quotas, including sales targets and distribution growth requirements
- Complete required weekly sales reports
- Meet with prospective customers as required gaining information necessary for preparation of ENSY sales leads
- Regional Sales team member working with all other departments. Interactions with all accounts and customers, distribution representatives, and senior management. Managing all customer touchpoints.
- B.S. Degree in Business or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in paint application, equipment sales, or equivalent. Must have experience with these designated sales channels: distribution and direct. Experience highly preferred in the demonstration of industrial equipment.
- Proven results as regional sales manager
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Knowledge of industrial sales procedures and experience with distribution channel processes
- Position requires a minimum of 50% or more of overnight travel
