$82,074 - $110,800 - $139,526

The Scoop:

The Regional Manager manages and drives the sales process within assigned territory of business for prospective accounts and regional Channel Partner relationships.


What You Get To Do: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


· Continually ensures assigned territory growth and profitability by developing solid business relationships with new clients for 340B Holdings products and services

· Develops and executes strategies and sales tactics in the following areas: territory planning, pre-request for proposal prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery (finalist or other), negotiations, closing and managing contracts

· Identifies leads that fit within ideal client profiles for the purpose of marketing 340B programs and MedImpact’s portfolio of services

· Qualify identified leads to ensure client(s) meet underwriting specifications and drive to revenue goals for 340B Holdings within specified region

· Initiates contact and follow-up on sales meetings and teleconferences

· Meets sales objectives and targets at profitable rates and move prospects into implementation

· Meet established sales goals and quota schedule per plan year’s objectives

· Works with sales support to initiate customized proposals and communication for prospective clients

· Develops familiarity with potential clients to best meet their needs and to field inquiries

· Works with 340B Pharmacy Network team to drive pharmacy network development associated with client profile

· Organizes and conducts sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations to prospective clients

· Works in partnership with Regional Account Executive to manage Channel Partner relationship consistent with contractual terms and clients expectations

· Works directly with Channel Partner Relationships and key Referral Partners to deliver 340B Program to their qualified member hospitals and clients

· Represents 340B Holdings in a consistent, effective and professional manner to best develop new clients

· Fosters ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with national and regional consultants within the healthcare industry

· Maintains a working knowledge of MedImpact’s offerings and products

· Maintains the positive branding of 340B Holdings within the 340B industry

· Strengthens the team’s performance by sharing information, and supporting sales and marketing activities

· Exercises leadership, demonstrates results-oriented sales planning, works in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external clients

· Updates SalesForce with client information and utilizes contact management software

· Help educate colleagues on market dynamics and competitive landscape

Education and/or Experience

· For consideration candidates will need a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and three (3) plus years related experience in a healthcare or PBM environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Experience working with or related health care management industries

· Prior experience with and working knowledge of 340B program and regulatory experience preferred


Computer Skills

Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

None currently required.


Other Skills and Abilities

Proven success selling healthcare products and services, along with demonstrated sales results in a related healthcare industry. Prior experience selling directly to top executives and consulting firms.
