Why is the Regional GTM Manager role important at Infobip?
The Regional Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager is a key member of the North America (NAM) Sales & Revenue team and responsible for assisting the VP of Revenue with building and executing GTM plans in alignment with all sales motions at scale (both direct & indirect). The Regional GTM Manager is an individual contributor role based within our NAM market.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll serve as a cross-functional orchestrator, working as the liaison between our customer facing parts of Infobip (Sales, others) and all other business units (Marketing, others). You’ll analyze data, develop dashboards, identify growth opportunities, and co-create/monitor the execution of regional strategies in order to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Develop successful programs to help build a stable pipeline across all customer types.

Drive GTM planning, implementation, and reviews as well as monitoring the execution and follow-up of activities and desired outcomes.

Lead regional cross-functional team collaboration between Sales & Marketing, and our Infobip headquarter (HQ) teams.

Support the Revenue team with pipeline & whitespace analysis by identifying gaps within the pipeline. Coordinate and activate relevant campaigns to fill those gaps.

Support our Customer Service teams with account plans that align with provided target accounts.

Establish a process to review and keep up to date with your pipeline health.

Identify areas of improvement for product innovation and adoption. Develop the effectiveness of marketing vs. non-marketing related activities.
Qualifications
-
5 to 7 years of experience in implementing go-to-market strategies.

Strategic thinker and able to carry out and/or lead GTM execution.

Understands and has vast knowledge of the North American market.

Ability to work with little to no supervision. Naturally comfortable in taking charge and is action oriented.

Able to juggle priorities with ease. Nimble and flexible with shifting priorities.

Team player, able to work collaboratively with others.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to navigate through and creatively apply problem-solving skills in various work situations.
Compensation
The defined fixed annual gross salary of a Regional GTM Manager is: $150,000.00 to $195,000.00 USD with an annual percentage bonus, dependent upon both the individual's and company's performance. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, level of experience, education, and skillset.
