Position: Regional Admissions Manager

We are looking for a Regional Admissions Manager from Wisconsin Market. This individual would be taking the lead organizational-wise with training our facility admissions coordinators and assisting with carve-outs and reimbursements. This candidate must be a self-starter, self-driven and ambitious. This person will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

• Help our Admissions Team Staff establish a presence by representing our facilities to all area hospital discharge planning teams to screen, evaluate, and recommend patients for Short Term Rehabilitation or Long-Term Care at one of our premier healthcare facilities.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Provide insights to Executive Management about appropriate strategies to grow the census, including introducing Care Specialties, Operational Changes, etc.
• Directs all daily operations, including providing direct oversight of establishing and implementing referral initiatives.
• Overall admission process oversight
• Admissions team management
• Census calls and conversion management
• New hire interviewing and training
• Admission software, systems know-how, management, and training
• Back-up coverage models
• Financial verification management
• Insurance information, process, authorization, and portal management and training
• The transition of care communication
• CRM oversight, management, and training.

Qualifications:

• Experience in SNF industry
• Experience with PCC/CRM
• Sales team management
• Insurance / case management experience
• Self-starter, self-driven, ambitious and up to the task of reputation re-positioning.
• Ability to work independently to evaluate new market opportunities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership, clinicians, and executive management regarding business opportunities.
• Demonstrated understanding of current healthcare industry trends.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
