Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Communicate closely with hiring managers on active searches
• perform reference checks and verify education
• Manage candidates and workload in applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• MUST have a minimum of two year of proven success in a metrics driven recruiting environment
• Outside the box thinkers
• Enthusiastic about being part of a recruiting team that recognizes your talent
• High school diploma
