RECRUITER

Inizio Interventions is a growing company that provides behavior intervention services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The full-time Recruiter manages the hiring process from beginning to end.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Tracks requisitions and documents recruitment activity in applicant tracking system (ATS)

2. Maintains and updates open positions on external sites

3. Screens all incoming resumes

4. Searches resume databases and reaches out to potential matches

5. Schedules phone screens and interviews

6. Assists with reference checks

7. Tracks applications and pre-employment process

8. Assists in gathering data to create updated reports and analytics

9. Participates in job fair planning and set-up

10. Assists in creating partnerships with universities and community organizations

11. Assists with client marketing and outreach

12. Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or equivalent required

2. Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

3. Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)/human resources information system (HRIS) highly preferred

4. Ability to maintain the requisite number of clinicians to meet client needs

5. Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube

6. Must be self-motivated, creative, and forward thinking and able to work in collaborative environments

7. Ideal candidate would have one year experience in recruiting, social media community management, marketing, public relations, or journalism

8. Must demonstrate personal attributes such as loyalty, integrity, and ability to work as a team member in addition to being resourceful and flexible

9. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills and superior grammar skills

10. Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Under normal circumstances the employee will need to have the physical capacity to continuously use his/her hands for simple and firm grasping and fine manipulation. The employee may be required to do the following:

• Physically able to bend, stand, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Push / Pull up to 50 lbs.
