Chicago Water & Fire Restoration is a rapidly growing water and fire restoration company. We are seeking to add a new member to our recruiting team to help us provide industry-leading recruitment and onboarding support for applicants and new hires for all of our locations. For this high-volume position, we are seeking driven and detail-oriented candidates with experience in human resources or talent acquisition.
The Recruiter serves as Chicago Water & Fire Restoration’s ambassador to new candidates, guiding them through the process of interviewing and beginning new positions with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including screening, in-person, and digital interviews
- Meet all recruitment deadlines as assigned
- Initiate contact and maintain communications with in-process candidates as they move through our pipeline
- Track all recruitment data and notes to present progress on a weekly basis
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
