Reconciliation Specialist (SIGNING BONUS) Job at Premier Health Associates
Premier Health Associates is the region’s largest primary care based, multi-specialty medical group providing care to patients in 13 locations throughout Sussex, Warren and Pike Counties. We seek an individual to join our team in our Medical Billing and Accounting Department to handle our cash reconciliation process.
Cash Reconciliation Specialist Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Organizing daily EFT deposits
- Reconciling daily Billing and Office deposits with Practice Management Software on timely basis
- Identifying, communicating, and tracking necessary corrections for reconciliation
- Monitoring and communicating adherence to departmental reconciliation procedures
- Preparing and tracking bank deposits
- Prepare reporting as necessary for Accounting Department
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for daily deposit tracking
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and 2-3 years bookkeeping, cash handling/reconciliation, or bank teller experience required
- Business Degree and medical background a plus
- Ability to problem solve and work well with numbers
- Excellent data entry, Excel, and computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills
