Receptionist/Office Assistant Job at Lombardi Brothers Meats
Job Duties:
- Greets and welcomes visitors/customers and assists them with their needs
- Answers and operates phone system
- Rings up retail orders and will calls
- Helps prepare orders for shipping
- Keeps track of and schedules shipments and delivery orders
- Maintains contact with retail customers and updates them on their order status
- Helps enter orders that need to go to production
- Assists with billing and invoicing of orders
- Assists with any office and administrative needs
Job Requirements:
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Prior retail experience or meat knowledge preferred
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- schedule may vary around the holidays
