Job Summary:

The Cosmetic Liaison at Tareen Dermatology is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Must be energetic and motivated with a positive attitude. You will be the first point of contact for patients. Cheerfully greeting and checking in-patients, scheduling patient visits, and acting a liaison between medical staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets and checks-in patients scheduled visits; registers demographic information and processes payment plans and copays.
  • Schedule appointments, accurately and efficiently.
  • Answering patient questions regarding pricing, post-care, and general business information questions.
  • Performing POS and checking out patients for products, services, and other.
  • Signing patients up for membership plans.
  • Responsible for basic product and service knowledge.
  • Providing general support to the Cosmetic Department and esthetician.
  • Follow HIPAA and OSHA policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience required.
  • Prior experience in aesthetics or spa/salon setting preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a clinic setting.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear and smell. The employee must be able to sit for 90% of the workday. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
