Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Collect local community information to be able to answer questions from your client about potential properties
  • Be able to help out clients on how you will go about pricing their home
  • Assisting clients in looking for their perfect home
  • Nurture relationships that bridge with clients to produce more sales
  • Reaching out and following up with leads regularly
  • Provide a personal approach with every encounter
  • Making outbound calls also taking inbound calls
  • Self-motivated and self-driven
  • Willing to work with a team while being able to work independently

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real-Estate License
  • Exceptional in organizing and managing time
  • Outstanding sales history
  • Display a people-oriented, optimistic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Communicates effectively (oral and written)
  • Eager and willing to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a hard-working mindset
  • Must remain accountable to themselves and the team
  • Must be willing to commit to a full-time
