The Sales Agent works with Home Buyers and Sellers helping them to identify and purchase or sell homes. We will teach you how to work with clients at a high level and help them reach their dream homes. While this position requires you to have a real estate license prior to working with clients, we are happy to talk if you are considering a career change and are willing to get your license. We offer Free Real Estate School.

Essential duties, responsibilities, requirements

  • Oversee all aspects of Buyers/seller transactions from initial contract to home purchase or sale - with support of top-notch Admin and Transactional specialist
  • Negotiating for buyers and sellers
  • Prospect for new business
  • Clean, reliable car and valid driver’s license.
  • High availability and flexibility to accommodate client schedules
  • Ability to buyer clients needs and educate them in the home purchasing process
  • Mastery of the home listing skills to provide excellent Seller experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Self-determined schedule
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)
