Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Quality Organization is vital for us to ensure that the customer’s needs and expectations are exceeded. We are now strengthening our team in Nefab Americas with a Quality Manager.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining ISO certifications and promoting a culture of operational excellence. This role provides guidance for the quality standards through training, coaching, and internal audits while leveraging all available support services and resources in the organization.

You will be part of the main initiatives and quality projects, working in close collaboration with our Production, Sourcing, and Engineering teams. You will need to be good at problem-solving while engaging the internal stakeholders to the company’s quality standards.

Your profile

  • BS Degree minimum
  • 5+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience participating in, or leading ISO audits, and a proven track record of success
  • Experience working with Lean Manufacturing strategies and methodologies; knowledge of 8D Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience in developing and implementing a Quality Management System
  • Strong customer-facing skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with high visibility customers and understand how to be a resolver of problems.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and with customers and vendors.
  • Strategic thinker, strong team player, and team builder, who has a can-do attitude and have a hands-on, take-ownership personality.
