Position Description:As an Inspector, RGA, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Inspect and process returned products and materials
- Decontaminate/disinfect product
- Utilize technical measuring devices to determine product conformance in accordance with specifications and end product requirements
- Use ERP and eQMS software to document and maintain accurate records of inspection results
- Coordinate, liaise, and participate with internal teams to ensure requirements are met
- Organize and prepare service orders and returns for record retention
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or 21 CFR part 820
- Read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical, meticulous, and detail oriented
- Effective oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Friendly, positive attitude, and customer service oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Working knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations.
- Hands-on manufacturing experience or medical device manufacturing
- Knowledgeable of inspection and decontamination/disinfection techniques and procedures in a bloodborne pathogen environment
