Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC is a leading national metals distribution company seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable QA/QC Manager to join our team in Bensalem, PA.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the aerospace industry, a thorough understanding of quality assurance and control processes, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for managing the company's quality assurance and control programs and ensuring adherence to all applicable standards and regulations.

**Role & Responsibilities: **

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's quality assurance and control processes, including policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Oversee all quality-related activities, including inspections, audits, testing, and documentation review, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and lead a team of quality assurance and control professionals to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain quality metrics and reports, including tracking and analyzing data to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product design and development processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations.
• Continually review and update quality policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Perform material inspections utilizing precision measuring tools.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Control in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including AS9000 and ISO9001.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing quality processes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to travel up to 25%.
