Elite Building Services is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our quality control team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all assign projects meet Elite Building Services established requirements for reliability and standards as well all services outlined in client contract.

Quality Control Project Inspectors are responsible for inspecting the assigned client projects (on a monthly basis) to determine the services provided meet the standards of Elite Building Services. The Quality Control Project Inspector will provide a detailed report of all findings to the National Operations Director or the Regional Operations Director, (depending on the specific project), highlighting the issues/concerns that need to be addressed by the Operations Managers with their cleaning staff.

Responsibilities Include:

*Review and Understand Each Project SOW (Scope Of Work) That You Will Be Assigned To Inspect

*Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Elite Building Services Cleaning Standards To Ensure Inspection Is Focused On The Right Results

*Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Industry, (Cleaning/Maintenance) Standards

*Inspect Assigned Client Projects (on a monthly basis) to determine the services meet the standards of Elite Building Services.

*Provide Honest and Detailed Feedback On The Projects Inspection With 24 Hours After Inspection Is Completed To National Operations Director – Regional Operations Director. Highlight Areas Of Concern That Need To Be Addressed By Operations Managers.

*Recommend Any Necessary Adjustments and/or Changes To Services Provided On Project In Order To Meet The Elite Building Standards On Service

*Research The Federal and Industry Standards For Best Practices

*Three Days A Week - (8) Hours A Day

Quality Control Inspector Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years related experience, (in the maintenance/cleaning industry), preferably at the supervisory level
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must have a clean driving record and be insurable, including successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work during the evening to visit various client locations
• Ability to work on a Laptop/iPad/Desktop with various programs, (ie, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift 15-25lbs, stand for long periods of time and travel to multiple sites each day as needed
• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Company Vehicle Provided: Must pick up and drop off each day at Elite Building Services Main Office (Delaware)

• Company Gas Card Provided

Pay: $18.00 per hour
