Quality Auditor Job at Ruiz Food Products, Inc.
- Audits/enforces GMP’s, SSOP’s, TQC, HACCP and USDA requirements.
- Knowledge of HACCP SOP requirements and make decision based on set procedures.
- Perform AS400 computer transactions
- Write shift summaries and weekly reports as necessary.
- Identify potential food safety issues and involve the proper documentation, product quality, and food safety.
- Identify non-conforming products.
- Audit product for export.
- Assist in coaching/training of team members for proper documentation, product quality, and food safety.
- Coordinate a sampling plan for products on hold.
- Record, identify, and calibrate thermometers.
- Perform Pre-Op, Swabbing, and other duties as required.
