Descripción de Puesto
El Public Area Attendant será responsable de mantener los estándares de servicio y limpieza de Wyndham en las áreas públicas como el lobby, los baños públicos entre otras asignaciones especiales incluyendo servir de Room Attendant cuando sea necesario.
Responsabilidades
- Ser atento, amable, servicial y cortes en todo momento.
- Manejar los artículos "Lost & Found" de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.
- Entregar al finalizar el turno, todas las llaves y las hojas de tareas a la Oficina de Housekeeping.
- Reportar problemas de mantenimiento al Supervisor o Gerente a cargo.
- Estar familiarizado con los procedimientos y estándares de limpieza de las habitaciones para ayudar si es necesario.
- Entregar "linen" a las habitaciones asignadas, si es necesario.
- Recoger "linen" o basura según sea necesario.
- Recoger toda la basura y/o desecharla en los contenedores.
- Mantener los pasillos y las áreas públicas limpios y ordenados.
- Realizar la limpieza y el saneamiento en los baños públicos.
- Cumplir con el calendario de los proyectos de limpieza en las áreas públicas.
Experiencia Requerida
- Diploma de escuela superior
- Preferiblemente con experiencia en ambiente hotelero.
