Silver Pines is looking to hire a Property Manager for thier facility Full-Time.

Position Summary

  • Manage the Physical site of every property owned or leased by Silver Pines to ensure the health and safety of clients and the functionality of the property.
  • Acting Project manager of any construction, renovation or additions made to Silver Pines
  • Regular maintenance of all the property

Position Responsibilities

  • Make sure that there are no dangers to people occupying Silver Pines Treatment Center by fixing or arranging the solution of dangerous situations
  • Ensure that the properties function well relevant to plumbing, electrical, heat, air, and other accommodations that are needed to occupy a property
  • Responsible for all Silver Pines lease responsibilities both as the renter and rentee
  • Research, arrange, pay and manage construction professionals to make any alterations needed to any properties
  • Maintain all landscaping at the properties
  • Responsible to resolve issues by independently fixing it or assigning a professional
  • Regularly cleaning, painting, organization, and landscaping.
    • Touch up paint and repainting properties
    • Lawn Mowing and Weed Whacking all properties
    • Snow Removal
    • Vent Cleaning
    • Trimming Hedges
    • Cleaning Trashcans
  • Repair and replace furniture and appliances as needed
  • Working 40+ hours per week

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of high school Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working construction, property management or contracting work
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience and a valid Drivers License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate with peers/general public, clients and/or vendors
  • Tolerant to various noise levels: noise level in the work environment varies may be very quiet to moderate
  • Job performance will require the ability to move throughout the building as well as sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch
