THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID. THERE WILL BE REQUIREMENTS TO BE IN THE OFFICE
This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.
This position requires Contingent Workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.
Job Description -
- Proofreading and potential editing of product labeling including packaging and user documentation (i.e., Instructions For Use, Operator Guides, etc.)
- Reviews new and updated labeling according to proofreading procedures to ensure accuracy to source documents, requested changes, consistency, and adherence to company and product line standards.
- Manages workload to meet committed dates and escalates workload concerns, as needed.
- Collaborates with internal team and participates in project teams, as needed.
- Ability to work across product lines and internal partners including technical leaders, content developers, writers, designers, and other proofreaders.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience- minimum 3-5 years
- Specific experience or skills needed: Proofreading and technical knowledge (XML experience is desired),
- Documentation skills (e.g., formatting, editing, technical documentation)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
