About the Role
InStride Health is looking for a Project Manager, Care Team to support multiple, strategic activities and projects focused on our rapidly growing Care Team operations. This position will play a key role in our ability to scale our patient services and increase access. This position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive orientation to supporting our care team, and excellent project management skills. One robust and on-going piece of work for this position will include developing, implementing and monitoring the licensing and credentialing processes for InStride providers. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to care team leadership on various projects; activities will include a wide range of content areas, and will provide the Project Manager with a front-row view of the operations of a rapidly scaling start up company.
- Potential content areas could include supporting care team activities related to onboarding and training, patient scheduling, and/or coordination of activities across other InStride teams.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to care team leadership around internal Care Team communications and meeting management.
- Create dynamic and informative communication tools to support monthly business updates provided to the rest of the organization.
- Serve as primary owner for key internal Care Team initiatives; starting with the development of our credentialing processes and procedures, as well as overseeing day-to-day implementation. This project will include:
- Monitor credentialing & licensing statuses for all licensed clinical providers, tracking re-credentialing requirements and creating new workflows as needed.
- Tracking and managing state license renewals, as well as compact renewals where necessary.
- Tracking and managing all provider credentialing as we add new payor contracts and expand to new states.
- This role will be a key support person for the care team, and may be asked to take on other related tasks TBD, based on company needs.
What You Need to Succeed in the Role
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years administrative experience in healthcare setting is preferable
- Experience with licensing or credentialing (with varying provider types) preferred
- Very strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills, ability to work successfully across diverse teams
- Ability to be flexible, pivoting quickly to address priorities and projects, comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience working in a start-up environment a plus
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, and facility with and openness to new technologies
- A passion for InStride's mission to provide high quality, virtual care to kids and teens with severe anxiety or OCD
