What is the Position?

PartsBadger is adding a Project Manager to our Innovation Deployment team who will be the go-to person for bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical implementation in our day-to-day operations. You'll be the point person, responsible for planning and deploying AI enhanced systems, digital and physical automation, and other innovative technologies across the company, becoming a central force in fundamentally evolving our business.

This isn't just about bringing in the tech. As our Project Manager, you'll take full charge of projects from conception to completion. You'll be responsible for defining project scope, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring all projects are on track and within budget. You'll liaise with team leaders and members across departments, helping to implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency, expand our capabilities, and exceed the expectations of our dynamic customer base.

Work Environment:

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. Featuring fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, a 5-hole disc golf course, and a telepresence robot, our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends collaborative spaces, “clean spaces” for independent projects and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for technology integration and deployment
• Collaborate with Innovation Deployment team members to maintain project evolution
• Provide training and support for new technologies
• Monitor and evaluate performance and improvements of systems
• Stay Up-To-Date on New Technology in the Industry
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Passion for innovation and technology
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes
• Experience with automation technologies
• Experience creating and executing a strategic plan
• Ability to make high level decisions
• Above average organization
• Above average computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Project Management
• Experience in Software Development
• Experience in AI enhanced technologies

Compensation:

$50k - $80k based on Experience
