The Enterprise Sustainment Solutions (ESS) Integrated Program Planning Associate Manager is a working functional leadership role within the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area. The candidate will lead a team of Integrated Program Planners with responsibility for Development, Production, and Sustainment schedules for ESS Programs. This role will report to the TLS Integrated Program Planning Sr. Manager and will be based in Orlando, FL.
The selected candidate will provide direct program planning support and lead the integrated program planning team providing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate program risks. This role serves as partner to the Program Management and F&BO leadership, external customers, subcontractor partners, and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization by communicating program status, addressing execution & compliance risks, supporting proposal efforts, and creating value by impacting successful program execution. This role will be responsible for program staffing and developing organizational talent through training, coaching, facilitating new assignments, and building a pipeline for growth across the TLS Planning team.

Basic Qualifications:
- Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience
- Microsoft Project / Open Plan Knowledge including Integrated Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan development and integration expertise
- Experience with the capture/proposal management process – development and management of capture / proposal schedules
- Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment
- Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Experience in business leadership roles and proven track record of success and high-performance including development of talent within teams
- Demonstrated understanding of the Integrated Program Management Report Data Item Description (IPMR & IPMDAR DIDs)
- Experience with major Subcontractor integration within a Prime Contractor’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management
