Position Summary: The Program Director is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of Sociotherapy Teams and their cases assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible clinical supervision, professional develop and performance management of four Socio therapist Supervisors.
- Implement and sustain clinical practices informed by best practice.
- Ensure optimal delivery of clinical support, services, and crisis intervention along with behavioral management, safety planning, therapeutic and developmental support to children and their caregivers.
- Consult with socio-therapists on individual treatment plans for children, monitor progression of each case, and update treatment plans as necessary.
- When appropriate, co-facilitate monthly Treatment Team Meetings on each caseload.
- Collaborate with medical, mental health, and model consultants on all evidence-based model interventions being implemented in clinical services.
- Collaborate closely with Directors
- Participate in case conferences, family team conferences, and meetings with clients, foster parents and other stakeholders as needed.
- Review all Progress Notes, correspondence, and other documentation, ensuring quality and timely submission and accurate submission of all forms and documents required by ACS.
- Provide consultations to Supervisors on assessing for safety and risk for crisis intervention
- Ensure all staff are TRIPP trained
- Participate in unit meetings, staff meetings, program meetings and supervision/coaching
- Serve as Administrator on Duty on rotating basis for the entire FHS Division
- Support, coordinate and assure delivery of referrals for youth 14 and older to LEAP program, Fair Futures, and WWK when applicable.
- Ability to work night and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or related field; LMSW or LCSW preferred
- At lesat five (5) years plus of program management experience
- Experience with behavior modification interventions
- Knowledge of core principles and standards for Foster Care and Child Welfare system.
- An understanding of the impacts of institutional and structural racism on the child welfare system and in underserved communities
- Ability to plan, assign, and direct subordinate personnel in a manner conducive to productive performance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams that are culturally and professionally diverse.
- Proficient with MS Office with the ability to learn new technology platforms;
- Experience working with ACS and OCFS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization;
Salary:
$85.5K - $95K
