We are currently looking for Product Fillers, Line Workers, and Operators for day and night shift 12 hour 2-2-3 schedules. Hours are 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am. Some additional weekday overtime is required.

Line Worker

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LINE WORKERS include the following:
➢ Pick up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and place items onto conveyor or chutes to dump bulk materials onto conveyor, or transfer materials from one conveyor to another conveyor and align material on conveyor. Clean packaging containers and equipment.
➢ Knowledge of SAP (Inventory Control System)
➢ Fill displays with pouches, cups or sticks.
➢ Check pallets and codes.
➢ Line, pad, create and assemble cartons.
➢ Wrap protective material around product.
➢ Start, stop and regulate speed of conveyor.
➢ Assist in line set up.
➢ Complete code and scale checks on displays, canisters and cases.
➢ Weigh containers, adjust quantity, and perform weight checks
➢ Label containers, container tags or products.
➢ Pack special arrangements or selections of product.
➢ Assist operators when needed.
➢ Inspect materials, products and containers at each step of packaging process.
➢ Record production and review records and specification
➢ Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and HACCP standards
➢ Follow safety policies and standard work procedures
➢ Other duties may be assigned.

Product Filler

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRODUCT FILLERS include the following:
 Pick up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and place ingredients into machine/hopper.
 Knowledge of SAP (Inventory Control System)
 Operate walk behind lift.
 Follow schedule to run proper product
 Clean equipment and area
 Inspect and verify materials being used
 Track waste
 Record production, review and maintain accurate records and specifications
 Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and HACCP standards
 Follow safety policies and standard work procedures
 Return unused product to inventory
 Other duties may be assigned

Machine Operator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
➢ Guide line workers in work to be performed on the packaging line assigned. Show employees how to pick up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and place items onto conveyor.
➢ Check pallets & codes
➢ Weigh containers, adjust quantity, and perform weight checks
➢ Start, stop and regulate speed of conveyor
Set up line equipment
➢ Label containers, container tags or products
➢ Pick up material from pallet, hand truck, and place items onto conveyor or chutes to dump bulk materials onto conveyor or transfer materials from one conveyor to another conveyor, and align material on conveyor. Clean packaging containers and equipment
➢ Inspect material, products and containers at each step of packaging process
➢ Record production, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork.
Responsible to keep equipment running
➢ Responsible to follow production schedule and notify BPO/supervisor if unable. ➢ Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and Haccp Standards
➢ Follow safety policies and standard work procedures
➢ May perform lineworker, dumper, stacker, sanitation, or material handler positions
➢ Other duties may be assigned.

Simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, wiring diagrams, computer scanning devices, adjustable measuring instruments. Check reports, forms, records and comparable data, where interpretation requires basic skills knowledge.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
