• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Shift Hours: M-Th 5:00am to 3:30pm

How YOU will Make an Impact Everyday:

• Build medical device products and assemblies following all written manufacturing instructions
• Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, GMP’s, GDP’s, SOP’s, etc.
• Utilize equipment & tools (rulers, calipers, gauges, microscope, etc.) to build & inspect per written instructions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment for all team members
• Consistently meet attendance, quality, and productivity expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
• Follow verbal instructions from Supervisors, Leaders, and Trainers

Qualifications & Abilities for YOU to be Successful:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, strongly preferred.
• In lieu of education, up to 4 years of work experience may be considered
• Ability to remain stationary, sit, stand, and/or bend frequently or for extended periods of time
• Actively listen and exchange verbal & written information
• Ability to receive and assess information through computer

Helpful Skills for YOU to be Successful:

• High attention to detail
• Good hand dexterity and ability to utilize small hand tools & equipment
• Proven ability to effectively work in a team environment
• Excellent ability to apply written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge and experience with intermediate assembly tools and mechanical skills

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, a plus
