RAM Technologies, a Creative Foam company in Mukilteo, Washington, is seeking applicants for the position of PRODUCTION ENGINEER.
(Pay range: 70K-80K)
Here's the big picture for this job: we need a person who is without question hands-on. You are mechanically inclined. You like to tinker. You've spent time under the hood of your car. At the same time, whether young or old, we need someone who can navigate the world of CAD and design with aplomb as well. You'll be designing tools, meeting customer demands, estimating tooling programming costs, working in a lean manufacturing environment, and supporting the production floor with any process or equipment issues.
Our Culture: We are looking for a self-starter; an ambitious person who takes ownership of work but can also humbly receive guidance and instruction as part of a team.
Do you have an engineering degree? We encourage applications from recent graduates with who are looking to get in on the ground floor of an exciting career (but you've got to have legit tinkering/mechanical skills).
