COMPENSATION

The budgeted salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, demonstrated skill set, years and depth of experience, and some role dependent factors that can include certifications and software expertise. THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Owner to join the ATG team in the Omaha NE, Lehi, UT, or New York, NY areas. The Product Owner will report to the Senior Director of Product for Core Services. This role will have direct ownership of major portions of the product, requirements definition, roadmap planning, execution, and rollout. The product owner is sharp, an excellent communicator, and comfortable with rapidly advancing technology.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Working with the Product Manager in managing a product road map based on the product vision
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Assisting with breaking down epics identified by the Product Manager into fully elaborated stories for the team
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Leading scrum meetings and product sprints
• Validating acceptance criteria and accept completed work
• Working with Engineers in continuous delivery using agile processes to deliver improvements and value to users
