Job Description:

The Product Owner serves as the liaison between the implementation team and the development team. They represent many stakeholders while understanding the needs of the clients to marry that with the product goals and development work. The product owner is responsible for managing both the daily and strategic delivery of the technical solutions to deliver the product outcome that maximizes the value.

In this role, you'll act as the liaison between business users and technical resources

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team through backlog refinement and story time sessions for product backlog items
• Plan development sprints along with the scrum master
• Complete functional testing of features and work with the QA team to prioritize bugs
• Continuously evaluate the performance of shipped features and use feedback to define iterative improvements
• Implementation team liaison
• Work with business analysts on client projects to understand, document and synthesize business requirements from multiple projects into work items in Azure Devops (ADO) while adhering to the strategic vision of the Product.
• Partner with project managers to meet key deliverables and effectively manage change requests and new feature requests
• Ensure all business systems, IT systems, partner platforms and networks are in place to support the offer and that the technical design accurately represents the requirements
• Release planning
• Prioritize and refine the work in the product backlog into releases based on ongoing business needs
• Monitor release plan progress and implement scope changes as needed

• Work with the support team to prioritize and resolve issues from production clients
• With the help of the technical writer, publish product documentation (release notes, users manuals, quick reference guides)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Strong skills with critical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master Certification preferred, but not required
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Knowledge and experience in clinic or hospital-based applications and workflows including patient accounting, ERP and Clinical

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
