Role: Scrum master
Mandatory: Specifically looking for experienced Scrum Masters.
Location:- Cary, North Carolina (Day 1 onsite)
Required mandatory Skills:
- Required First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development or infrastructure team that was diligently applying Agile-Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Experience with burndown charts, retrospectives, velocity, defect tracking, sprints, releases, and the ability to articulate how each of these works.
- Experience with Agile concepts, User Stories, EPICs, CI/CD principles.
- Experience working with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
- Experience working with the M365 product suite, either in a delivery or development capacity
- College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems is considered advantage.
- Nice to have knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban, etc.

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
