The Independent Advisor Solutions has an immediate opening for a Product Manager to support the Front Office Solutions team. The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s front-office software solutions for independent financial advisors. This role involves working closely with the company’s engineering, design, service, and sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends, and to develop and implement innovative software solutions that help independent advisors manage their business more efficiently and effectively. The Product Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including developing and managing the product roadmap, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. The Product Manager will also play a key role in the support and education of the various products they manage!

What you will do:
Define the user problems, perform market analysis, set requirements for development and be responsible for executing

Define the solution requirements to support the digital experience and deliver user satisfaction

Coordinate technical product development, release to production and launch to client base

Drive solution strategy, interacting with sales and service, development, and product marketing, to define requirements and direct interaction with engineering and operations on product development execution

Enable collaboration between internal/external stakeholders to proactively and effectively move agendas

Set expectations and manage outcomes through extensive project management

Define positioning of products vs. competitive offerings

Pricing analysis of products

Support user acceptance testing, defects, system performance, and other day-to-day requests

Manage strategic vendor relationships

What we need from you:
BA/BS degree in related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience

A minimum of 3 years industry related experience

Experience with RIA, Broker-Dealer, and asset management platforms

Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve results

Experience in technology related fields and work preferably with account opening knowledge

Excellent communication and presentation skills
