Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Product Group Coordinator in our St. Louis office for our Product and Buying department. This entry level position provides administrative support to the soft surface group, which includes specification and pricing, report creation, information gathering, meeting coordination, convention support and general correspondence. Our ideal candidate will prefer to work independently, have strong attention to detail skills, and enjoy working often in Microsoft Excel.

Our Product Group Coordinator will:

• Maintain product sample library, specifications and pricing which includes gathering information from suppliers and publishing information to buyers on a weekly basis.
• Run reports and gather information on price increases and current pricing.
• Perform data entry, copying, mailing, and creation of special reports on key corporate programs.
• Monitor and maintain all product pricing and specification grids in the database as well as answer division and member pricing questions.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with Suppliers, Divisions, and members.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?

• Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience.
• Computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and work autonomously.
