Essential Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control, and qualify state of the art 300mm semiconductor equipment furnaces for deposition, oxidation, and annealing

• Maintain process quality by reviewing statistical process control charts and reacting to out of control conditions

• Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost

• Trained on and exercises job-related business processes such as engineering change notices, manufacturing execution system operation, recipe management systems, engineering work requests, change review boards, and work instructions

• Implements agreed-to deployment actions and qualifications as needed

• Supports and executes actions to improve process-related line and chip yield

• Supports process development for new technology offerings

• Familiar with available analytics tools and data

• Strong team member, able to work well with a global team, train new team members as needed, and other duties as assigned

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is required. Higher Education in one of these disciplines is highly preferred

• 2+ years of experience with Vertical Furnace process engineering required

• Must be able to work in a clean room environment
