We are currently seeking candidates for a Print Production Operator who enjoys operating a variety of machines including binding, cutting, and shrink-wrapping machines. The Production role will respond to the clients' requirements in a professional and ethical business manner and provide the best quality service and products through exemplary customer service while meeting turnaround times.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Operate cutting, sheeter, and shrink wrap machines.
- Perform minor repairs and some routine equipment maintenance.
- Works overtime when necessary.
- Conscientious and consistent effort to quickly and accurately complete each task and/or job is the company's productivity standard.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Ability to understand and communicate job-related information clearly and concisely.
- Able to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ideal candidate would have previous print experience with small format and large format printers.
- Job would also include binding, laminating and other finishing duties.
- Basic knowledge of computers is expected, advanced computer and graphic design knowledge a huge plus. Occasionally make deliveries in company vehicle and help out in various departments as needed.
