Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will start in a support role to our active case list and aid in case file review, site inspections, and document production. You will build confidence with the different types of cases that we support and train specifically on the requirements for being an effective expert witness in work product production, deposition testimony, and trial testimony. Additionally, you will work to grow the firm by supporting existing clients and bringing in new clients. As our firm continues to grow there will be an opportunity to train and mentor newer hires.

- Promotes continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor quality standards and practices
- Develops an understanding and is aware of project-related risk and how to protect the Company
- Provides technical direction required for work product creation and completion of both routine and unique or complex projects
- Provides review of projects requiring complex and innovative investigation techniques and supervises the analysis and formulation of recommendations in written reports to clients; provides technical review of reports
- Leads technical training and makes informed decisions based upon state of the art technology issues
- Supervises less experienced engineers or technical support personnel on projects
- Expertly uses Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AutoDesk products
Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) or Architecture required
· Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in architectural or engineering design consulting with relevant experience in aquatic design, swimming pool structural design, and/or sports architecture
· Ability to either work out of the Southern CA Office or from a home office
· Professional license in Architectural (AIA) or Professional Engineering (PE)
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
· An Aquatics related background in competitive aquatic sports (swimming, diving, or water polo), lifeguarding, swim lesson teaching, or pool operations is a plus!
· Must be willing to travel as needed for training and work-related matters.

Salary is based on experience, accomplishments, region and skills. Finalists will be asked to share references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
