What You'll Do as a KinderCare Teacher/Assistant Teacher:

• Implement KinderCare curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child in your classroom
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with the children, families, co-workers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

What You'll Need to be a KinderCare Teacher/Assistant Teacher:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability Monday - Friday (NO weekends or nights!)
• Assistant Teacher - Experience working with young children is preferred but not required as we provide excellent training.
• Lead Teacher- Childcare center experience is required; an ECE degree, relevant coursework, or certification highly preferred.

Pay: $15.55 - $18.90 per hour
