DocuSign is growing fast, and we are looking for people to join our high-performance team who are excited to make a difference and help where needed. The Enterprise Solutions Consultant works alongside the Enterprise Public Sector sales team to discover and understand complex customer business problems and requirements in order to translate and create a solution leveraging DocuSign’s platform for the Federal industry. This role seeks to illustrate the value and benefits of the DocuSign offering via an engaging story. Applicants in Washington, D.C. metro area are preferred.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering – Public Sector, and is designated Remote.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Enterprise field sales team to cultivate and secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts
- Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture
- Engage in meaningful business and technical conversations, sharing industry insights with key stakeholders from all levels and business units within large enterprise organizations
- Establish technical credibility and build confidence in recommended solutions leveraging your product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and product roadmap discussions
- Articulate selected recommendations and the business value they provide to diverse audiences
- Work collaboratively with sales partners and other internal teams to provide a world class buying experience
- Understand the Contract Lifecycle Management space
- Demo and sell based on value selling methodologies defined by the company
What You Bring
Basic
- 8+ years prior experience within a Public Sector pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts to Federal customers
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
Preferred
- 12+ years prior pre-sales experience within a mid-market to enterprise level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based
- Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually
- Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.
- Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM systems
- Familiarity with system integration methods such as web services, SOAP APIs & REST APIs
- Familiarity with web-based solutions, website development, HTML, XML, and structured data
- Familiarity with electronic signature concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 45% or more as needed
- Resides in Washington, D.C. metro area

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $131,000 - $189,950 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in New York City only: New York City base salary range: $135,300 - $196,125 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
