Key Responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the property is clean and maintained properly, inspect exterior and interior of buildings and grounds. Clean common areas including:

• Vacuum and wash carpets and floors
• Maintain grounds and ensure all work orders and projects are completed in a timely manner by monitoring associates work, assisting team members with tasks and completing own tasks and projects
• Dust and wash surfaces
• Wash interior and exterior windows
• Polish furniture in common areas
• Empty all trash in common areas
• Clean bathrooms in common areas
• Any additional duties assigned by Property Manager

Requirements include:

Willingness to pitch in where needed, must be personable and trustworthy, able to work well with co-workers as well as tenants. Must be able to read, speak and understand work instructions and safety notices in the English language.
