POLISHER - Famed NYC restaurant AI FIORI Job at Ai Fiori
HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Highly-acclaimed Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for an energetic and fun-loving Polisher/Bathroom Attendant to join the team. Ai Fiori showcases modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Riviera and offers employees the opportunity to work with quality Italian cuisine & industry-leading chefs, a respectful, safe, professional work environment, and a culinary team uniquely invested in the growth and success of all team members.

Responsibilities include:
· Receive, wash, and polish glassware, flatware and dishes
· Bring clean glassware, dishes and flatware to the storage station.
· Polish and restock stemware & flatware throughout service.
· Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils.
· Maintain workstation keeping a fast pace in a high volume environment
· Check and clean restrooms during service.
Requirements:
· Must have open availability and able to work flexible hours
· Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment and push, pull and lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
· Attention to detail, motivated, and take good direction
· Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
· Must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous, and presentable
