Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI)
seeks a talented Planning & Project Manager/Training Coordinator to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. The Planning & Project Manager/Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and oversight objectives, operating as the training coordinator for the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) and Consortium for Trauma, Illness & Grief in Schools (TIG) program provided training.

CCSI is partnering with the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) to hire a Planning & Project Manager: Training Coordinator. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH).

In this role, you will be

  • Representing the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) on inter-jurisdictional (local, regional, state) or multi-agency committees involved in planning related to community behavioral health assessment and service provision.
  • Responsible in part for the implementation of the strategic direction of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) within a transitioning behavioral health environment.
  • Identifying and overseeing of Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) projects. Supports professional program development/planning and administrative work for various MCOMH programs/projects, including financial and resource planning, aligning program development with identified community needs, and the identification of performance measurements.
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of evidence related to behavioral health assessment, planning, and supporting the development and monitoring of the annual local services plan on behalf of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH).
  • Responsible for convening and facilitating community forums, community presentations, and training involving organizations, vendors, partners, and stakeholders, engaging multi-stakeholder groups in the change process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in behavioral health, school-based mental health, or health administration is required.
  • Valid New York State LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT licensure or eligibility is preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of behavioral health or intellectual/developmental disability work experience
  • Experience developing and leading a school-based crisis team is preferred.

  • Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
